Josh Marshall
Josh believes that meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to explore their struggles, strengths, and experiences without judgment. His approach to therapy is grounded in authenticity, compassion, and the belief that healing is possible, even in the face of life’s most difficult challenges.
Josh earned his Master of Social Welfare from the University of California, Los Angeles and has dedicated his career to helping individuals and couples navigate mental health concerns, relationship challenges, trauma, and addiction. He brings years of clinical experience working with diverse populations and understands that every client’s journey is unique.
Specializing in trauma and addiction treatment, Josh takes an integrative and evidence-based approach to therapy. He incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and other effective modalities to help clients gain insight, build resilience, and develop practical tools for lasting change.
Whether clients are working through anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, unresolved trauma, or substance use concerns, Josh strives to create a collaborative therapeutic relationship where they feel supported, challenged, and empowered. He is passionate about helping people move beyond survival mode, reconnect with their values, and create lives that feel meaningful, balanced, and fulfilling.

Carissa Klein
Carissa is a Southern California native who returned to her home state after spending two years in Boston. She is passionate about creating a space where individuals feel seen, heard, and accepted, a belief that inspired her career in mental health.
Carissa began her clinical training through UCLA’s counseling program with a specialization in substance use disorders before earning a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Salem State University. She has worked in dual-diagnosis treatment settings across all levels of care and is continually inspired by the resilience and unique recovery journeys of her clients.
With a compassionate, depth-oriented approach, Carissa strives to provide a safe and supportive therapeutic environment while recognizing that humor can be a powerful part of healing. She believes that cultivating self-awareness and self-compassion creates the foundation for meaningful growth and deeper connection with others.
Outside of work, Carissa enjoys spending time near the ocean and among the trees, connecting with friends and family, and engaging in practices such as meditation and writing that support personal growth and reflection.

Hasasha Hasulube-George
Hasasha is passionate about helping individuals and couples build deeper connections, strengthen communication, and create relationships that align with their values and goals. She believes that healthy relationships begin with self-awareness and intentionality, and she works collaboratively with clients to explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that shape the way they connect with themselves and others.
While Hasasha works with individuals from all walks of life, she has a particular passion for working with couples. Whether partners are seeking to improve communication, rebuild trust, navigate life transitions, deepen intimacy, or explore non-traditional relationship structures, she provides a supportive and affirming space for meaningful growth and exploration.
Her integrative therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and incorporates additional evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's unique values, beliefs, and relational needs. She also helps clients better understand the ways mental health, attachment patterns, and life experiences influence their relationships and overall well-being.
Hasasha strives to create an environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make choices that support authentic and fulfilling lives. She welcomes the opportunity to walk alongside clients on their journey toward greater self-understanding, healthier relationships, and lasting personal growth.
